Meanwhile, it's important to know that you can check in into dormitory Studentski grad, where you'll be accomodated, from 2PM on Friday, so you'll have more than enough time to organize and even to do some sightseeing until test round in Computational Centre ETF, which will start at 8PM Friday. You are kindly asked to update your online profiles, on Competitor page, with information such as - T-shirt size, accommodation and to confirm once again your participation, given the date of the finals. The deadline for submitting your data is August 1st, 2010, end of the day. All the members of a team invited to the finals are required to update their profiles with the required information. [June 22nd, 2010] Announcing the finalistsDear competitors, We are glad to congratulate all of you, teams and individuals, for the hard work you put in solving the problems we selected, and for your enthusiasm and interest in the Bubble Cup competition. After validating the solutions, here is the list of teams invited to the finals, as well as the bonus times they will receive. The finalists will receive a confirmation email in the following days, with future instructions. And the finalists are:
[June 3rd, 2010] Online qualifications endedDear competitors, The second round ended few days ago, and we would like to congratulate all the teams for the hard work they put in solving the problems we proposed. There were some technical problems, which we apologize for, and we will do our best to improve the competition next year. Our team will spend some time in validating your submissions, and then we will announce the teams that will be invited in the finals. Once again, congratulations to all the competitors (teams or individuals) for the hard work and for your interest in our competition. [May 29th, 2010] Round 2 end date extendedDear competitors, We have noticed that the Timus Online Judge has been down for some time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this situation, and we extended the the final date for this round until 30th May at 23:59, Belgrade time. [May 27th, 2010] Online Judge is down - use local copies of the problemsDear competitors, We have noticed that the Timus Online Judge has been down for some time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this situation, and we will extend the round as needed, to grant the competitors the entire 25 days interval to solve the problems in this round. [May 19th, 2010] Round 2 end date extendedDear competitors, We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the Online Judge not working during the past three days, and we would like to inform you that we extended the final date for this round until 28th May at 23:59, Belgrade time. To compensate any inconvenience caused by the Online Judge being down, we decided to extend the first round deadline by two days. So, the first round will end on April, 27th, at 23:59, Belgrade time. We would also like to remind those of you that are competing as individuals, that in order to be eligible for the finals, you have to be members of a team. [March 30th, 2010] Round 1 comming soonDear competitors, Thank you for registering on our competition. If you didn't register yet, you will be able to register also during the first round. We hope you got familiar with the website and the online judge, and we are happy to announce you that Round 1 will start very soon - in approximately one day - that is, April 1st, midnight, Belgrade time. We would like to remind you that each problem solved in round 1 values one point. For more details about scoring algorithm, please visit the Rules section. [March 25th, 2010] Round 0 starting tonightDear competitors, We are glad to start the competition with a test round (called Round 0), at midnight, Belgrade time (GMT + 1). This round consists of only one very challenging problem :), for which you have time to solve until the end of online qualification rounds. Told you ... it's a hard one :). Still, we recommend you to try to submit it as soon as possible, in order to help us detect and fix any existing issues before the first online qualification round. The score for the problems solved in Round 0 does not count for your qualification for the finals. Update on registrations: please note that some of you might experience some delays in receiving the confirmation email, especially for some email providers. [March 16th, 2010] Announcing Bubble Cup 2010Dear competitors, We are proud to announce 3rd edition of the Bubble Cup competition. The competition started locally, being aimed at Serbian students, and was designed as a training for the ACM ICPC. Starting 2009, the competition became regional, with Croatian and Romanian teams onboard. This year we are happy to continue the tradition by keeping Bubble Cup competition regional. Former competitors, please note that there are some changes in the rules in comparison with the last year, specifically in the grading system for the qualification rounds. Please visit the Rules section for more details. In short, each team will get bonus time for the finals, based on the number of problems solved in the qualification rounds, and each problem in the second round will be awarded with two points, instead of one point in previous online rounds. The registration is now open, and we are looking forward to seeing you take on best competitive problem solvers in the qualification rounds. IMPORTANT: Former competitors (Bubble Cup v. 1 and 2) should register again for this year's competition. Results and problem sets from previous editions are available on the archive page, and the problems from the finals are available on Z-Trening.
